8607, 8608 ---> halogen light driven by transformer, supplied by a dimmer?!?  no, that dimmer needs to be removed and replaced with a switch...

8609, 8610, 8611 ---> thermostat driving two or three baseboard heaters, main source of heat control for living areas, sometimes sticks on full.  needs to be replaced

8612, 8613 ---> dimmer driving the light over the dining room table is tired and needs to be replaced.

8614, 8615 ---> dimmer running the in-floor heating is also tired and needs to be replaced.  Sandy said the floor heat comes on if the dimmer is on max, but at any setting less than max, the floor never has heat.  I assume the heating wires are still ok based on that.

8622, 8623, 8624 ---> dark moldy-looking ceiling stucco.  building maintenance had a look at the roof and said the envelope up there is fine...

8625, 8626 ---> gate valve in tub in Judy's room doesn't fully stop lower faucet water when handle pulled up - perhaps a new seal-plate?

8627, 8628 ---> kitchen tap needs two hoses swapped so that hot & cold correspond to correct sides of tap handle...
